This is a forum to bitch about anything in Oxnard you want to bitch about. Whiney hineys, just stay away if you don't like it. If you think things get better by only talking good about the City, this isn't the forum for you. 

The only rule is, don't criticize others for their postings/beliefs. Let people talk. If you disagree, just move on. Let people discuss things freely without fear of being criticized or demoralized.
